you know, i didn't really want to come online now. but i forced myself to, for the sake of a dec31st post! haha.

its prob great that school's reopening, that i'm soon going to be caught up in work, in responsibilites i cannot, will not, must not shirk, in other things. because lets face it, i'm thinking about it too often.Oh well, we all knew holidays had to end sometime, right?

but, since its the end of the year, lets end on a happy note(: i suppose i shall end with a thank you to everyone out there who made this year so memorable, who helped to carry me through everything.

sasha martin, thank you for always being there for me to talk to, for offering the best advice; and for being a wonderful blessing in my life. i treasure you, friend.
esther yong, i love you twin tower!! thanks for the crazy outings where we never know where to go, for the letters, and for being the greatest heir (air) anyone could hope for! BALLET!! haha.

belated MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

its now like 11.30 and i cannot sleep. another appointement today; one more tomorrow. it looks good, but what if its not?

honestly, im scared.

but ANYWAY. Christmas was fun-ner than usual. the usual people came plus like a few more that my dad invited. so there were about 30-40 people crammed into my humble 4-room flat. (: hahah but it wasnt so bad there were lots of kids (my nephews and one niece) but they were wrecking my house and i was closing my eyes and going 'never mind, its okay. its okay' to myself.

it was strange. for the first time in nearly 6 years, i found myself missing Jose. i wish i could just go back to then, back to it all. the Taj mahal visits, the guitars, the christmas plays (i was Mary!! :D), the wednesday night cell groups, the caroling in the cold, the motorbike rides-despite my mother's fervent protests! i mean who could blame her? traffic there is like..well as though everyone's driving blindfolded with their hands permanently stuck to the horn.

but then at the same time, im glad to be here. the 23-31 deg winter, the christmas tree of red&gold, the church musicals (i can no longer act ): ), the shopping!, the soon-to-be-continued friday cell groups, the riding at Pasir Ris park (and slowing down at the end to let my nephews win the 'race')

but even then, wherever you are, Christmas doesn't change. And wherever you are, if God's with you, it'll always feel like home. <3

yay i feel proud of myself! i managed to do quite alot of work today.(:

yesterday was Christmas at church! hahaha(: we had "cell" which consisted of playing foosball (cam&me vs. yisin&rachel) haha cam is an excellent goalie! and im not too bad at it either! we won haha 10-4? (: reminded me of Austen+Juniper Hall<3! and we also played like 2 rounds of bridge! my partner turned out to be yi sin both times and we won both(: haha yay. 3GY BRIDGE CLUB<3

and then we decided to go and join the ever growing queue to get in. it reached the hawker! haha it was crazy. but we got okay seats even though we were relatively far back. the musical was pretty understandable except the first part didnt really link to the rest somehow? oh and the part with the disco ball was really pretty(:

dinner at hawker in the end! but it was nice<3 sarah moved to BEDOK! haha so we can go out mroe often! (: ahaha. yes, the east is way cooler than town! pasir ris is the COOLEST! XD

ah yes, and then the letter! thank you my dear!

yesterday was one of those days! haha gosh i sound so lovesick and romantic! hahah. no, i guess im just happy? its all gettting better and better. this is how it should be! yup; i could live with this(:

this is so bad. i owe it to them; i made this commitment. but yet im finding it so difficult to keep my promises. Once again; i bit off more than i could chew. please please forgive me guys. i am so sorry.

garh. well; i am going to school soon. its rather dangerous seeing as i haven't taken public transport to school for really long-so i dont know how long it takes. I'll just go with 1hr15min for good measure. hopefully the bus comes quickly, else im dead.

Christmas is coming! but all i can think of is all the homework left undone. and the phone call. i should have pushed myself earlier. never mind! i will complete it! somehow.

jy and i were laughing at the effect india has on people! how you'll just automatically shake your head from side to side and respond "han" [pronounced: ha] in agreement when someone asks you a question. and all the delightful bargaining. though mine is prob easier than hers.
(in hindi) me: how much? shopkeeper: xx rupees me: too much! xx-50 rupees shopkeeper: its not possible! me: fine (and walks away) shopkeeper: okay okay xx-25 rupees me: uhh.. oh fine its only like 2 bucks less anyway! okay!

i miss India. sigh. yes; still. jun yan and i have decided to go backpacking after a's! and we shall go to India among other cool places(: haha i hope it really happens-So exciting!!

i may go to Kyrgystan next year. i'll have to celebrate my birthday there! which is cool. but i dont really want to go somehow? if i go we'll be teaching english and im supposed to go and find all the "young people" and socialise! haha. except im not very good at that sort of thing. i dont know, still praying about it.

well i shall go now need to leave soon.

it turns out SASHA MARTIN is a lot more influential than i'd like to believe. NO, i still maintain that the jonas brothers have no outstanding talent and are not worth my admiration. however, i have taken to watching their clips on youtube because its so retarded and funny. haha. sigh.

eee i keep having these horrible weird dreams and it is freaking me out!! if they were actually ture.... they're not actually nightmarish. but if they actually happened... i hope i never know.

THIS PERSON who is living in my house, is driving me insane! grrr. go away go away go away!! the only upside is that she's so taxing to my parents that im a more responsible kid and i do alot more stuff around the house (e.g ironing for my mom!).
