we are under attack,
we are in the midst of a spiritual war.
earlier this week, i received an email warning me against a book. this book contains conversations between a "god" and teens, that is completely OUT.
i went to check it out further because somebody had recommended this book to me previously. and when i did, i was so sickened. the author's priniples are totally wrong, and some of the answers given by this "god", are so contrary to everything that God has taught us.
the worst part is, people, as they always do, really think its helping and are buying these books for their teenagers. Sure, the book has some "right" principles, but majority are wrong. the first thing that came to my mind was, "the devil too, can cite scripture for his own purpose". and thats what he's doing, through so many people.
anyone who knows the Bible will know that the quotes are completely out of context. it's just so scary.. its never been quite this real to me that the devil is working so hard. ):
1And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. 2He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. 3He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. yesterday was good friday. i didnt go to church. at first it was because i was supposed to meet for a project, then it was because twin tower said "lets go out!" and it sounded too good to be true! (:
but i did spend some time with God, to meditate and reflect.. and im glad i did. (: anyway im sure He understands..
cos going out CHEERED me UP alot!! i've been feeling really tired and i dont know..down lately. like really endlessly tired. with all the work and everything. and it helped to go CRAZY for awhile. we took lots of mad pictures which i forbade her to put on her blog! and we kept eating and eating(: it was quite a productive outing really.
we managed to buy presents for people whose birthdays are close and also managed to have alot of fun! (: oh and i tried on SO many shoes! which were all not in my size.. haha but still it was fun! there were so many shops with the biggest size being 7!! "they cater to the asian market".
whatever.
i need to go to a country where there are BIG people with BIG feet. seriously.. where there are other people BIGGER than me so mei-e cant call me goliath anymore! (: haha. that day sasha found out from some random fact book that my hands are the same size as goliath..which would mean that he's really inproportionate cos he was over 2m tall! haha. and then some silly person said i look like PETER CROUCH. which apparently is a compliment cos shereen woo wants to marry him! (:

haha i just thought of last friday when may and danielle fell INLOVE with some tall guy on the bus!! haha they claimed to have seen him wearing the same thing the previous week and then followed him until cheryl and i managed to turn them to taka instead. and then we went to buy Ying's birthday present which danielle forgot to bring until wednesday! sigh.
SASHA MARTINNN is in phuket enjoying herself. and well, studying. she smsed me last night to ask whats tested for a/emath. i dont think i would have bothered if i were her. then again i wouldnt go away in the middle of the term and skip TWO days of school and return at 12plus at night and then come back to sch for amath test the following day! (:
YAY church today. too bad amelia and val cant come. i think val forgot and amelia has tuition): oh well. next time then guys! (:
Faim broke her finger last week. well sort of. dislocated her bone playing softball. oh well. She can take the cast off on monday so thats GOOD(: yay she's coming today i can laugh at her. and with her. (:
haha and im now sarah soh's super tall bridesmaid!!
well i shall go and do ss project now before samantha fu comes to murder me.. oh and by the way, KATRINA, VAL AND LYDIA: I STILL DONT HAVE THE PASSWORD TO THE BIO BLOG. faster faster faster!!
